Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program, while attending any activity in the ROMS auditorium. You will not be permitted to enter without an adult present.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Royal Oak Middle School).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
